where have I been?

Hi guys,

 The question "Where have I been?" is a great one! If I say "I've been busy!" would anyone believe me! However, it seems to be the best answer I can give at this time.

 Hopefully, God willing, I will have my Graphic Design certificate in the Fall of 2018!
To be able to focus my attention on this goal, I won't be posting on this blog anymore.
Does that mean See Jane Sketch is going away? No. I still think it's a great idea! I'll only be posting on my Instagram www.instagram.com/see_jane_sketch and Facebook  www.facebook.com/See-Jane-Sketch pages.

Fall's here

Happy Fall everyone!

I'm so excited for this season, the cool weather, the fun times with family and friends, and bonfires. It also means wonderful foliage, which is a great reason to take my camera out for some walks!

Getting ready for Fall?

Hello everyone,

Before we talk about my love for Fall can I just say that Team USA has been doing AWESOME in Rio!!! It's been really fun watching USA compete again and again.

   Ok, now we can talk about this painting and Fall! This painting just came to me you might say. Why did I pair bright blue shoes with a subdued outfit? Well, just for fun!
 Next to Winter, Fall is my favorite season. I LOVE the smell of the crisp air in the morning, and the vivid color! Also, the mountains up here are just lovely sprinkled with bits of gold, red, and orange.
 So, even though Fall means the end of Summer and the start of school, it means the beginning of a much-missed winter!

Life these days

 These days have been a little crazy lately. And with that, blogging had been a little harder, so I'm implementing a new blogging schedule, ANYTIME, not just Saturdays, but maybe Monday night, or even Thursday morning. Whenever I'm free to blog, that way I'm not tied to a schedule.

Brooklyn

Over the past week, I saw a wonderful movie called Brooklyn.

I won't give away any spoilers, but it's set in the late 1950's, and the main character has a great bathing suit!

As you can see I just couldn't help myself, I HAD TO DRAW IT!!!!!!!

Me as a little girl
